Refunds & Cancellations

We understand that plans can change. Here’s our policy for cancellations and refunds:

  1. Cancellation by Attendees:
    • Cancellations are accepted up to 4 business days before the event date.
    • To cancel, please email your request to info@cre-ai-te-co-il.preview-domain.com.
    • Refunds will be issued for the full ticket price, minus a 5% handling fee.
    • Alternatively, you may transfer your ticket to another person at no additional cost.

  2. Late Cancellations:
    • Cancellations made less than 4 business days before the event are not eligible for refunds.
    • However, you may still transfer your ticket to another person.

  3. Event Cancellation or Postponement:
    • If CRE/AI/TIVE cancels the event, all attendees will receive a full refund, including the handling fee.
    • If the event is postponed, attendees may choose to: a) Keep their ticket for the rescheduled date, or b) Request a refund, which will be subject to the 5% cancellation fee.

  4. Refund Processing:
    • All approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
    • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
